The CSV Toast gives you for the pay period — the one with Employee, Job Title, Regular Hours and Employee ID.
Change a multiplier and it sticks — that person keeps it next period until you change it back. The rate divides by weighted hours, so the payout always adds back to the total.
Every day of the month. Tick a day once you've matched it against the bank. The pay-period totals below are what the Tip Pool uses.
